What is included in a Local Office Membership?


Walk in, connect, get to work! With 1 GB fiber-based internet in the building, our members have hard-wired (ethernet) connections in parts of coworking and their private offices, as well as access to Wi-Fi throughout Local Office.


No matter your membership level, enjoy access to our two Conference Rooms and a Podcast Studio using our internal booking system.  Additional conference room time can easily be added at an additional cost.  (Conference room hours do not roll over month to month).


Your Private Office will come furnished to include a desk, chair, and trashcan.  Coworking areas are furnished with everything from bar stools to rocking chairs – bounce around and try them all!


It’s on us!  And so is the paper…. We will give you a monthly credit allocation but feel free to charge any additional pages to your account.  (Credits do not roll over from month to month).


Complimentary coffee, tea, beer, water, soda, and snacks will always be available.  Members will also enjoy benefits from community partners offering discounted rates. Cheers!

What are my membership options?


Access to the shared workspace in our Coworking café.  Move around the space or get in early to sit in the same area, either way… If it’s open, it’s yours to explore.

This plan gives you access to the building during regular business hours (M-F 8am – 5pm), free 1GB fiber-based Wi-Fi, business address/mail service, conference room time, copy/scan, open invitation to all Local Office® events, as well as free coffee, cold drinks, and snacks in our community kitchen.


A fully enclosed, lockable office space for 1-4 members.  You will receive one key per person and have 24/7 access to the building. This plan also includes free Wi-Fi and Ethernet/LAN lines with secure network, business address/mail service/private mailbox, conference room time, copy/scan, open invitation to all Local Office® events, free coffee, cold drinks, and snacks in our community kitchen, and your company logo placed on your door.


When does my membership begin?

We know life is crazy, and so is your schedule.  Just tell us what day you’d like to start and we make it happen.  Sign up and start work the same day. Plug and play is what we do.


How does the mail/package service work?

Upon signing up, Private Office members will receive a mailbox and address.  Any large packages will be held by the office staff.  Coworking members will receive an address, but all mail and packages will be held by the front desk.  Members will be notified by email for packages only.


How do I reserve a conference room?

All members will have access to the conference room calendar and booking system through our internal online system. Pick an available date and time, and it’s yours!


What size conference rooms do you have?

Local Office® has two conference rooms.  One seats 5 people, and the other seats 6.  Both are equipped with flat screen “Smart” TV’s, fiber-optic internet with secured V-LANs.


Can I book a conference room on the weekends?

Coworking members can book conference room space Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.  Private Office members can book 7 days a week.


Is there a guest policy?

Coworking members may bring guests in for meetings in the conference rooms only.  Private Office members may invite guests to visit with them in their Private Office.  As long as they aren’t setting up shop we won’t have to charge an extra membership fee.

*Your office space has a limited capacity. For safety reasons, the number of members in your office space can never exceed 1.5x the number of desks.*


What are my payment options?

We prefer ACH but we will take any major credit card and add a 3% processing fee.


Is there a setup fee required?

Yes.  Our set-up fees are based on your membership level and are typically $100/person.


My company is growing. Can I move into a bigger space?

Yes! We want to see our members thrive.  As long as we have the space available we can get you set up according to your needs.  Coworking members can move into Private Offices just the same!


What happens if my payment is late?

We charge a late fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice for payments not received by the 7th day of the month.


What additional fees should I be aware of?

  • B&W Prints: $0.08/page
  • Color Prints: $0.25
  • Key or Keyfob Replacement: $25.00
  • Conference Room Time: $25 (member) $45/hour (non-member)
  • Private Events: varies
  • Reserved Parking Garage: $200/car

How do I update my account information?

Members will have access to the Local Office® internal network where they can manage account and payment information.  All monthly invoices will be housed here.


How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you go, but if you must, please notify your community manager via email 30 days prior. Payments will not be prorated as a result of cancellation.


Is there staff on site?

Your Local Office® staff will be available to you Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.


Is there parking?

There is plenty of on-site parking as well as next door at the Marquis II – please respect all parking signs.  Reserved garage parking is available for an additional monthly cost.
